Should you to try our services, we guarantee that it will arrive at its destination in perfect condition as is from the time we unload it in the Philippines.

• We never consolidate with other freight forwarders for we have our own containers secured with tamper proof seals from customs to assure security upon arival in the Philippines.
• We have permanent employees in the Philippines that facilitates the safe releasing from customs and efficient delivery of your cargo. Any breakage and or spillage however due to poor packing is not covered by our warranty.
• We handle your cargo with utmost care to avoid breakage.
• For your information and peace of mind and for our security, we tediously document each of your cargo from the point of pick-up from the place of origin, container loading in the country of origin, container unloading in CGT Freight Forwarding warehouse in the Philippines, cargo loading in delivery trucks and finally up to the point of receipt of your consignee in the place of destination by taking pictures and videos of each box. Should there be damage due to poor packaging, we document the extent of damage before the cargo is about to be unloaded from the container then we take necessary measures to re-tape the box using a transparent packaging tape and in case of spillage, we plastic wrap the whole box. Then one of our authorized managers signs the damaged area. All of this is documented to avoid doubt of theft and thus will be a proof of comparison of the box’s state before and after re-taping.
• Aside from the tedious documentation process, we also strap the boxes to strengthen it. In some cases such as island deliveries or deliveries through our local agents (for extremely far flung barangays or areas where our delivery trucks could not penetrate), we plastic wrap and reinforce the whole box before strapping to prevent it from getting wet and or being opened by anybody aside from the consignee.
• We inform you of the delivery schedule by posting it through our social media account (Facebook) and through our website.
• To ensure that the consignee is home to accept the cargo, we call him/her a day before the delivery. Thus it is very important that the consignee's contact number should be correct and specified in each box as part of its overall detail.
• Should there be an instance where the consignee is unavailable during the time of delivery, he/she could leave an authorization letter and a valid ID, Authorizing someone he/she trusts to accept the delivery in his/her behalf.
• During the delivery process, our delivery personnel will present the condition of the box/es to the consignee before handing him/her the receipt to be signed for acceptance. Should he/she find irregularities, he/she may refuse acceptance and signage and the box will be returned to our office in Manila for verification.
• Under normal conditions, time frame for the delivery of cargo is 45 days starting from vessel departure from place of origin to arrival in the place of destination.
• CGT Freight Forwarding issues delivery receipts for every delivery service.
• CGT Freight Forwarding is a licensed freight forwarder in the Philippines, with offices, warehouses, delivery trucks and permanent employees.
